Version 2.0 (October 2026)
Pantry Ninja 2.0 is rebuilt for current iPhones and iPads.
- Faster, smoother pantry and shopping list screens.
- Shopping list swipes now confirm before marking an item bought or removing it, and the list shows how many of each item to buy.
- Shopping list sorts by store aisle, with a different aisle number per store.
- Text size setting applies instantly, for easier reading in the store.
- Haptic feedback on buttons and counters.
- Advertising removed. Three optional subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold) raise the item, category, location and store limits; the free level includes 25 items, 8 categories, 5 locations and 1 store.
- Clearer subscription information and a 21-day grace period if a subscription lapses.
- Many fixes.

Version 1.1 (December 2021)
- Fixed the tab bar at the bottom of the screen, which iOS 15 had made transparent and unusable.
- Shopping list: swipe right on an item to mark it bought, which updates your pantry count and removes it from the list. Swipe left to remove an item from the list without buying it, for example when it is out of stock.
Version 1.0 (January 2021)
First release: digital pantry with categories, locations, want and have counts, colour-coded need, and a shopping list built from the Action Menu or item by item.
